Great day in Bodrum - We had a lovely day with our guide Selahattin. We toured Bodrum Castle and learned a lot about Bodrum and its history. After our tour he gave us many suggestions on how to spend the rest of our day in Bodrum and walked us to a restaurant where he helped us order a delicious lunch. Definitely recommend this tour and our great guide!

Tour with Unir - Uner was an excellent guide, we enjoyed our tour and learned a lot about the city. We covered a lot and I highly recommend it.

Great guide - Honor, our guide, was so friendly and accommodating. Took us to special “ surprise” places as well as where we requested. Was supposed to bea walking tour but he brought a car so we saw so much more. His English was great. A little limited on historical facts but we expected that. Highly recommended 🥰

Late morning walk very enjoyable - Very pleasant and informative guide. Showed us key highlights of Bodrum including harbour area, historical parts and off the beaten track parts. Whetted our appetite to discover more ourselves. Length 2 hours perfect.

Great insights from a local! - Selin was really friendly and gave us loads of local insights. We discovered a new local tea of Bodrum which had a lovely cafe and restaurant, all based on her recommendations.

Highly recommend - Oner is an excellent guide. He showed us sights in Bodrum we never would have found on our own. Oner made us very comfortable. It was like spending the day with a good friend.

3 hour walking tour was ideal - Amazing walking tour with Selahattin during a few hours we had in Bodrum off our cruise ship. Perfect interaction prior to the day of the tour to ask our preferences, introduce himself and set a time and place to meet. He clearly loves this city and Turkey and is a wealth of knowledge, sharing information about history and really anything we had a question about. He is also a licensed tour guide so was able to come into the castle with us and give us a private tour. He then allowed us a short break for a refreshment along the water before showing us the best places to shop in the town and guiding us a very local and excellent place for lunch. A perfect way to spend a few hours in the town.

Pleasant but unprepared and inexperienced tour guide - When we realized our tour guide was unprepared to talk to us about the history of Bodrum, I began to ask her more about everyday culture and life in Bodrum. She was helpful with the Turkish language and interpretation for us.

Fail - Tour operator failed at the last minute. They couldn't find anyone of their guides or us even though I booked 6 months in advance. More likely I think is that they prioritized the longer tours.

Poor communication - Lokafy, the tour operator, provided details regarding meeting point and the guide's contact details prior to the date of the tour, I contacted the guide via email the evening before the tour date. The next morning I received no acknowledgement. Prior to departing the cruise ship I used Whats App to contact the guide again. Once in Bodrum I used Whats App to explain we were lost but had no reply. This may have been due to connectivity issues. I asked several locals directions to the meeting site and had at least 3 different responses, I gave up and missed the tour. When I returned to the ship , there were no emails or texts from the guide. Lokafy agreed to issue only a partial credit, but I never received any text or email from the guide. I do not recommend this tour.
