Wonderful experience - Picking some ripe coffee beans, and following the entire process from beginning to the final product. Also my tour guide was very informative about the areas of Colombia we passed through.

Great tour, awesome guides! - The tour was great! We were lucky enough to have a private tour and were taken to a beautiful coffee farm where we got to pick our own coffee. Sarai & Jorge were very knowledgeable and friendly and made the tour very entertaining. A great way to start our holiday in Bogota!

Hacienda Coloma Tour - The excursion was great, I really liked the farm and learning about all the 11 processes for coffee production. The service was very good, as was the coordination with the agency. I got to know other areas and facets outside of Bogotá. On the way back we ate some delicious strawberries and cream.

Perfect day trip for everything coffee and much more - If you don’t have time to go to the coffee triangle in Colombia, this is probably a good alternative. It is located in a city that is famed as “garden city of Colombia”, so in addition to coffee the tour guide lead me to the fruit market to get a variety of tropical fruits. The coffee plantation is like a secret garden in the somewhat chaotic town. Once inside its gate peace and calm and flowers rule. The actual tour was conducted by the plantation employee and was very well organized. Even children would enjoy seeing the rooster and rabbit wandering around the garden freely. Botanist would find the variety of orchids and other blooms enjoyable and hedonists would love the coffee liquor they are famous for. Something for all. My driver/guide Rodolfo is exceptional and gave me an intro to the country both history and current situation that beats what I can read in any book or website. He was courteous, considerate and helpful to everybody. Highly recommend.
