An amazing introduction to Bogota - The trip through Montserrate and La Candelaria was great. Linda spoke brilliant English and was thorough in her history and knowledge. She could easily answer questions and she was friendly, efficient and a lovely person.

Good to book in advance. Great view of the city - It was good to book the tickets online beforehand. We didn't have to wait in line. The view from above is really impressive.

Unforgettable experience - We had an amazing experience, I fell in love with Monserrate and Bogota. Tour Guide Joel Miranda made the experience much more special with the attention he gave us.

Beautiful place - We rode the teleferico and stayed to see the sunset. It was beautiful, we saw the church, walked through the statues and shops.

Couldn't use the tickets. Still waiting for a refund. - Terrible experience. Tickets produced by tripadvisor were not accepted. They had a barcode but I was told that I needed to reach out to Hansa Tours to get a second set of tickets to get some QR codes. I didn't have the time/internet/energy/battery at the moment and I was with my 3 year old daughter and decided to get in line (line was not so bad) and access the experience in this way. Later that day I found out a message via a third party app from a random private number with the QRs that I needed. I never expected to be reached out to my private number via this third party app to get the tickets, and I didn't expect the official tickets produced by Tripadvisor to not work at all. I was even able to add them to my apple wallet but they were not accepted.
