• Musicoterapia Ceres - At the beginning of the session we will talk about music therapy and delve into its different intervention methods such as receptive, recreational, interpretive, improvisational and compositional; We will get to know each other a bit to find out which of these methods can be the most effective to reach the objectives that we set in the same session.

In the second part of the session, we will apply the use of music therapy in order to reduce stress, anxiety, improve attention, memory or motor skills with the different elements that we have in the office.

Finally, if you cannot attend more sessions with us or in the city where you come from, we will guide you so that you can continue implementing some methods in your daily life.

The idea of this session is that you can explore this therapy that has very little diffusion and recognition but that has existed for millennia and its positive results for the development and well-being of people have been scientifically proven.
