Natalia is very humorous and takes good care of his customer(s) - Natalia is so great! She is everything you can hope for in a terrific tour guide for a walk tour around the historic La Candelaria area of Bogota. We are a group of seven. I’ll point this out particularly that if humor is an important ingredient of an enjoyable tour experience you are looking for, then you can’t be wrong with Natalia. Within the first minutes of commencing our ride to the tour area, she is already accustomed to the joking culture of our group, and she kept giving several very nice jokes and tricks during the tour, it signals to us that she is extremely attentive to details and value her customers’ experiences and valuation system. Long story short, we had a wonderful experience. Strongly recommend this tour organizer and Natalia specifically.

Horrible super touristy tour with a truly wonderful guide. - The guide, Natalie, has a truly beautiful personality. I wish this were a better tour because I want to give her 5 stars for her efforts and personality. However, the tour itself is just a tourist trap. The company has the guide take you to a fruit market, then a touristy museum of some gold ornaments and stuff (for almost an hour), then the type of souvenir market that you can find in any tourist city (fridge magnets, cheap leather bracelets, etc). I left after that so I don’t know the rest. We talked to the company we booked with and explicitly asked them NOT to take us to these places and to take us to see the real culture of the city, maybe some street art, etc. they said yes and then ignored our request entirely. The setup of this tour is the most lame touristy thing you have ever done. This is all a real shame because I’ve never had a tour guide with a more wonderful, caring personality. Natalie took the time to connect with every person on the tour. I wish she were with a better tour company!
