Not just a tasting! - We came to Bogota for only a short time so this was a terrific introduction into the culture and history of Colombia. Our guide was excellent with a teacher’s heart and a fountain of history. It was not just tastings, but copious samples of Colombian foods. Yum, yum but be prepared to eat! Our guide memorized all of or names in our group of 13 and used them throughout the tour. I would highly recommend this tour if as an intro to Colombia, especially if like us you were only there a short time.

Fun Bogota food experience - I thoroughly enjoyed this food tour with the lovely Ivonne who was our tour guide. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we had a massive group that day, she still made an effort to connect with everyone in the group. Her pace was perfect and the places we went to try the food were just the best! Highly recommend!

Gastri tour was so fabulous - Lorenzo was fabulous! He had a great relationship with the places we visited and we ate a variety of foods while he shared connections and cultural significance. We even took a birthday photo at one of the restaurants. 10+/10

Colombian history/culture revealed in local food/great guide. - What a phenomenal guide Lorenzo was. His historical and cultural insights were wide-reaching. Couldn’t believe the number and variety of food stops we made - dinner was unnecessary. I was grateful he ensured my vegetarian preferences were (deliciously) accommodated. Highly recommended!

Nice relaxed atmosphere tasting the different dishes from all over Colombia - We really enjoyed the tour with Daniel. The tour started at the Cranky Croc hostel and then we made our way around the streets of La Candelaria popping in and out of different restaurants sampling the different types of food from all over Colombia. The pace was pretty relaxed and there was a nice balance of sweet and savory dishes to satisfy anyone. We were also quite lucky with the weather so all in all it was a lovely day out in Bogota.

Fun, educational and delicious - We loved this food tour! Our tour guide Nick was knowledgeable and charming and we learned a lot about food from across Colombia. We went to some great little eateries and were so full at the end so it was great value for money too. Thank you!

Awesome! - The gastronomic tour of Bogotá was a wonderful experience. We visited seven typical restaurants, each offering authentic and delicious dishes. From ajiaco to changua, everything met our expectations. Lorena, our guide, was excellent: friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about local cuisine. She made each stop even more special. A highly recommended tour for anyone wanting to explore the true flavors of Bogotá's cuisine.

Candelaria Epic Food Experience - What a great experience! Highly recommended if you want to dive deep in to the culture of this fantastic city! We had seven stops where we were able to try all of the local delicacies. Gina our tour guide made sure that we were taken care of and was one of the highlights of this trip. Thanks Gina for your generous hospitality, it made a huge difference. Bring comfy shoes because there is a lot of walking around Candelaria area, and a jacket because the weather is unpredictable.

Little disappointed - The tour was great and the food and restaurants we visited were great choices. They accommodated with other choices when I couldn't eat some ingredients which was great. Only disappointment was that the tour said it will be in English and I made sure of it while reserving. The guide would spent 5-6 minutes in Spanish and 1 minute to explain me in English. It was disappointing that I was not given proper attention even though I paid the same amount as others. You must be prepared for this situation as it seems to be a common thing here that they will have so many Spanish speakers that English speakers get left out. It is Colombia so can't complain but this is what a Tourist expects.
