Just exceptional. - This experience should get 10 star rating And exceeded all expectations The crew were exceptional and very professional. The pilots knowledge made you feel so safe. From our pick up to drop off the crew made it special and Went out of their way to make our experience out of this world .

Amazing views - The knowledge from the balloon operator and the views from the sky were amazing! Strongly recommend but very weather dependent. First day it cancelled but they were able to get us on the next day.

Incredible life adventure experience! - Was incredible, we had the perfect weather and amazing sunrise. Our pilot Japie was very informative and made us feel safe. The team was amazing and took extra care along the way, to make it an enjoyable once in a lifetime experience.

Wonderful experience - We did the balloon safari yesterday. I think it was one of those experiences so incredible that explaining it in words won't do justice to the grandeur of the experience. It was simply incredible!! A perfect day !!! I think the photos speak for themselves

Must try, exciting and incredibly positive! - It was very exciting experience great to see park and the animals from above!The people that took care for it were very professional and positive, great crew guys, thanks a lot! ❤

Fantastic Experience - The ballon flight was amazing. Got to see families of seveal species traveling though the park. After theflight we had the traditional chanpagnie at the landing sight then went to a resort hotel on the south side of the park for breakfast. Our lodge was at the north side of the park. Our driver took a scenic route though the park and managed to find several species that we hadn't seen on any of the three game drives we had before the flight

Great expereience - This was our first baloon trip. We were so excited that we had no time to think about the height. It was a very special atmoshere to arrive at the starting point, see the sunrise and the preparing of the baloons for lift off. We took a lot of photos and also the landing was perfect. The champagne reception at the end of the trip was great. We can only recommend this trip

Disappointed - The balloon experience was for my husband’s 60th birthday. We travelled from the United Kingdom unfortunately it was cancelled on the day and rearranged for the next morning. This was cancelled again we were unable to extend our stay due to returning to the uk. My husband was very disappointed.

I do not recommend this company - poor communication - Communication around this activity was terrible. The day before we were due to participate, I received an ambiguous text message that said they did not have enough people but would let me know later in the day if it was going ahead. Unfortunately I then had two missed calls (I was driving) but no voicemail left, and no text messages or emails received. When we arrived at the hotel we had booked specially to ensure the early start for this activity, I received an email asking us to ‘check in’ for the balloon flight - I filled this in and sent it off, assuming this meant it was going ahead. I tried to call the company and sent several messages and emails, but no answer. This morning we woke at 3am to be ready for the 4am pickup - no one showed up. Very disappointed in the lack of communication surrounding this. I appreciate I did have 2 missed calls the previous day, but no messages were left, and no other line of communication was used to try and clarify what was happening. Unfortunately this was our only window this trip to partake in this activity, so sadly this once in a lifetime experience will have to be relegated to the ‘what could have been’ pile as we shall not book through this company again. We travelled 3hrs, booked a hotel, and all for nothing in the end. Very disappointed. I appreciate cancellations can happen for a variety of reasons, but this needs to be CLEARLY communicated to avoid stress and anxiety (not to mention an unnecessary 3am start) It is all well and good the company recommending you book several slots to ‘avoid disappointment’ but that would tied up thousands of pounds! We shall see how long it takes to receive a refund for this activity, as it was paid for in full many months ago.

There was NO TRIP Claimed weather problems on a CALM day no apologies. So much for once in a lifetime and a long anticipated bucket list item.
