An experience to try again - Beautiful experience, I found love, care, passion, from growing the vineyard, in the most ecological way possible, to making wine. I was pleasantly surprised for a simple but delicious oil, with an indescribable taste. Congratulations.

Beautiful journey, spectacular wines - With my best friend we arrived about the time, a little late as good Argentines.. and Paola organized the tour very lovingly. We taste the best wines of the Winery. If you love red wines this experience is highly recommended

You never forget the first time! 😜 - As our first tasting experience in a cellar we feel fully satisfied. We were welcomed and guided throughout the tasting by a very young, very competent and above all passionate girl who made us love both the history and the visit. A thousand thanks Anely and Laura

A wonderful winery. - Once we found the winery it was awesome. The guide was exceptional and had family ties to the winery’s founding. The wines we tasted were great and a case is on its way to our home ‘nuff said!

Sensory Wine Tasting in Bogheri - MUST VISIT ! - Irene, our most excellent tour guide, provided an amazing tour in English. She started by taking us directly to the vineyards, explained the history, soils, process of growing the grapes, the different types of grapes, then moved into the harvesting, and identified that this is done manually - much as it has been. She mentioned that this particular vineyard is "new" being formed in 1954 but that the grapes used and the process is really much older so she effectively explained the competitive nature of wine, sales, marketing, etc, which we enjoyed to no end. We next moved to the vats and she explained the pressing process (slow so as to not crush everything and make the wine bitter), which explains why these wines taste so smooth. We went into the "cellar" and barrel room where she mentioned how the barrels were purchased new for each run of the years and used for only 3 years total. Next we went to the tasting and had a sample of the wines, which turned out to be the best part. We were able to "guess" (we are not really very strong on wines) - about what the different wines had for nose and we took a sip of several different wines. This tour was well worth the costs associated, the drive out, which was beautiful, and the time spent with Irene as she clearly has a passion for what she does. As an added key note: The family Fuselli is ALSO the family with the great Olive oil - so this trip was G R E A T on a couple of levels.
