Amazing scenery with impeccable customer service - Seemless from start to end. Joker Expeditions had it all covered, from hotel pickup in La Paz and drop off the next day. Everyone I dealt with were great.
Oscar was my guide on the flats, and he was knowledgeable and super friendly. He shared lots of information about the train graveyard and the origins of the lake/Salt Flats like it was second nature. By the end of the day, I felt like I'd known him for ages.
The food provided was fresh and delicious.
And the views were spectacular. A sight not to be missed. In the eight or so hours I was on the trip, I took 200 photos and videos (some also by Oscar) - which is testament to the special nature of this trip!

Superb, highly recommend - Our trip really was a dream come true. I was nervous about booking from Australia but need not have worried, all my queries were answered promptly, everyone we interacted with were sensational and everything was organised to perfection. The service was top notch and our skilled guides knew where to take us to avoid the crowds. The beautiful lunch and sunset drinks were superb and allowed time to sit and soak up the experience (there was even flowers on the table!). Diego our driver who picked us up in La Paz did such a good job getting us to the airport on time as a car accident had closed the main road, he even walked us into the airport to ensure we got to the gate in time. Our guide Oscar was incredibly knowledgable, accomodating and easy company - not to mention a great photographer who captured some treasured memories for us. Christian our driver was very experienced and we always felt very safe. The hotel was beautiful and Janette was delightful and provided exceptional service. Even upon our return to La Paz we had a very lovely driver Jhonny to take us back to our accommodation. Would highly recommend.

Our day trip through the salt desert with Joker Experience deserves nothing less than an A+ rating! Chris, our driver, and Lily, our guide, gave us an incredible experience, showing and explaining the wonders of the salt desert. We had plenty of time to soak in the breathtaking scenery and capture stunning photos.
Lily, with her creative touch, took beautiful shots of us—natural, funny, and far from the usual touristy poses. It was such a unique and personal touch to the day. The lunch, along with the wine and snacks at sunset, was prepared with so much love and care, making the experience even more special.
Everything was perfectly organized, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore this magical place. Five stars for a day filled with memories that will last a lifetime!

Fantastic - We loved this tour. Having the hassle of airfare and hotel taken care of for us made the experience stress free. Julia was the best guide we’ve ever had and we can’t recommend them enough.

Memory of a Lifetime -- Salt Flats, Train Graveyard, Cactus Park -- and more! - If I could give 10 stars, I would. Liroy (guide) was the best -- and I've done a lot of tours. He took spectacular pics of us. He was entertaining. And he and Christian (driver) made the day/night special beyond my imagination. The Salt Flats are breathtaking. The food they served for lunch and sunset was delicious and plentiful. And we saw it all, including flamingos and hummingbirds. Worth every penny. Thanks to Jose, the owner, for being super responsive to all of our questions.

Amazing trip/experience - Great tour package for those with limited time in Bolivia that would like to see the salt flats in a more luxurious manner. The tour is perfectly arranged from hotel pickup to dropoff after visiting the flats. If you have more time, i would highly recommend booking a longer tour with Joker expedition as the salt flats have so much to offer. Tourguide Alvaro and driver Constanz really go the extra mile to make your trip as good as possible.

Highly recommended if short on time, and you want to visit Uyuni Salt Flat. - The whole trip was well organised and I was transferred to the airport etc with professional and attentive staff from Joker Expedition. The private day tour was excellent and I had an amazing day, with a very knowledgeable and accomodating tour guide (Roger) and driver. The picnic lunch (home-made) was excellent and I was also treated to very good Bolivian wine while watching the sun set over the salt flat. The only (slight) let down was not being able to get a flight back to La Paz, but a private driver and car was provided. It was a long drive back (7 hours) but it was comfortable, safe and I got to view a lot of scenery and landscapes that would have been missed if I returned via airplane.

Trip to La Paz and Uyuni - 12 days trip to La Paz from Peru, grup of 6,arrived to La Paz from Lima, Peru by bus, 200 soles around 60 USD, trip duration approximately 20 hours., comfortable seats, 180 degree, bus leaves at midday. Need to pass inmigration, no visa needed and the atention is effocient and friendly. Apartment prices excemlent, staying in Vino Tinto, lots of public transportion near by, affordable prices, clean and it was ready on arrival. The owner went to pick us up from bus stop.
Day trip to Uyuni with Betto tours around 75 soles, around 23 dollars, lunch included, tour started at 10.30 to 8pm return. Amazing place 15820 square meters of salt and medicinal water as it has sulphur from under earth volcanoes, it seems to cure skin problems.
