Bologna walking tour - The total experience was excellent. Sarah was great and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the information about the statue of Neptune, the patron Saint Patronis and the church.

Informative and amusing tour - Excellent informative and amusing guide. She really made the tour enjoyable. We saw many aspects of the city centre we had previously missed when walking around.

The red city. A story of porticoes, papacy and towers. - The best walking tour we have been on. Engaging and informative. A masterclass! We gained a good understanding of the development of the city over the centuries, and crucially the power dynamics at play, through descriptions of the architecture around us. Fascinating.

Highly informative and enjoyable tour - Excellent, comprehensive tour, mainly historical but with contemporary accents. Maurizio (I think was our guide’s name) was extremely knowledgable, with a dry sense of houmour. He has excellent English but quite a strong Italian accent, which we soon got used to. The audio worked very well. The tour had a good pace and covered a decent number of subjects, with the art appreciation in the Basica being a particular highlight. Maurizio is clearly very passionate about his city and it’s cultural heritage and historical significance (‘it’s not just about the food!’). Highly recommended. Thank you 😀

No integrity - Despite calling Viator soon after starting the tour, explaining the problem and being given verbal assurances of a full refund, head office send standard worded refusal (along with their assurances of continued customer support). The excellent Bologna tourist office offer the same tour for €10 euro less.
