Very Interesting - This was a very interesting tour, Benedikta showed us and explained to us the kinds of details that put what we were looking at in context. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, the tour isn't overly long, but the ground is uneven.

Pleasent Italian lady - We've walked around the city the previous day and saw 80% that was presented. It was ok. But during this walking tour, we've got a lot of insights and background stories. It was like opening up our third eye or something. I would have regretted if we had to return from Bologna without knowing these amazing things about the city. We got our little earphones and a wonderful authentic lady with a pleasant Italian accent. It took 2 hours which was enough. We could have had questions in the end of the tour.

Very entertaining - Mikala was great! Very funny and kept the group entertained. She had ample knowledge about the city and gave lots of suggestions when asked.

Rain Did Not Stop Us - Walking in the rain led us to exploring the porticos more than I think we would have. We also spent a fair amount of time in the unfinished church. Loved the sundial within. Your guides are well versed in the history of the city and it showed. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves despite the rain.

Great tour! - Great tour! Great way to see Bologna. The tour had more frequent shorter stops and moved around a lot which we liked so we could see more.

Stock standard tour - The tour guide was very well informed about her town but there was a bit too much information without any small breaks to take it all in. We also purchased the food vouchers which we didn't think were that great regarding choice of items to eat. It was nice being shown the old lanes where traditional Bolognese food items are made.

Not customer service oriented - The train from Milan broke down arrived late and missed the tour. Viator would not issue a refund. This was out of our control and is not addressed in Viator's cancellation policy
