A family affair with pasta - This was such a fun experience!! So authentic and informative- I came away feeling confident that I can actually make homemade pasta. It was a family event for us- and we all liked it. Turns out my husband and daughter might be better at making pasta than I am (lol). I definitely recommend this class.

Definitely recommended! - Extremely fun, educational and tasty.
This coocking class is taught by a sweet Italian lady.

Authentic and welcoming Bologna experience - Irene and Marco were fantastic hosts! My husband and I had a great time, enjoyed bonding with the other guests, and of course, making and eating delicious homemade pasta! It’s a very casual feel: like being invited into a new friend’s home! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic Bolognese-Italian experience! The event was the highlight of our time in Bologna.
Side note: I recently broke my foot and am in a wheel chair and they were more than accommodating!

Wholesome family meals - Irene and her family were amazing to work with. Her recipes are simple in the best way and I’m so excited to try them on my own. This is a must try if you’ve never been.

A great experience - This was a very sweet experience - a family home and a simple lesson on making pasta - if you are happy to step into the world of a local family this is for you. Irene was very warm and explained everything well. She was a great communicator and shared her grandmother’s recipes with us.
The place is not straightforward to find it’s tucked away in an apartment building but we found it eventually !

To do - The teacher is definitely welcoming capable patient and very easygoing. The context perhaps poorly cared for and certainly impactful... But if you take it as a fun experience, it definitely is very positive

Disappointing accommodation - The 'initial kindness and availability of 1 month ago Alessandro, who found us a night to spend with our friends in a studio in the same building, in via Zamboni, turned into strong disappointment entered the 'accommodation.
Dirty walls, small for 4, poorly maintained and not even so spotless.
We also found the taps and gas contactor in the room, on sight but the serious thing is not the aesthetics, but the noise it emitted, even at night.
In the middle of the night to be able to sleep, we had to turn off the tap as it disturbed us too much.
I would add that to make one night we paid much more than our friends who made 2, this requested from the beginning by the owner , as the minimum nights were 2 : to meet us , he reproportioned the single night increasing it
Too bad that our friends had accommodation worthy of the expense and also cute.
Also the directions sent to get to the nearest parking lot were to be updated.
However for 1 night of course you fit.
Just enough cleaning.
Otherwise GREAT location.

Terrible - The location we were given was not accurate. We called the host multiple times and they wouldn't pick up. They finally contacted us half an hour later and were very rude. They were not understanding, nor hearing us out about what happened and were blaming us for the misunderstanding. We ended up not going and requesting a refund, which we have not recieved yet. The whole situation was very sketchy overall.
