Then we will reach our first stop where you will sample salumi, cheese, condimenti, artisanal breads, and two types of local.wine Pignoletto and Lambrusco. After a leisurely tasting, we’ll walk back along Rizzoli and Ugo Bassi admiring the scenery of this beautiful medieval city, including a look at the Due Torre and some other secret spots. Our next location has won countless awards as being the best pizza al taglio in Italy. You’ll sample some of this unique hand made crust that is crispy, delicious & topped with the best curated ingredients Emilia Romagna has to offer. We’ll finish with an amazing gelato
