We’ll begin with a proper Italian breakfast at the town’s finest patisserie!
Following this, we’ll proceed to sampling and buying a variety of cold cuts, cheeses and breads, all native to the Bologna region, complemented with local wine.
We’ll stop at an orthodox family store for a taste of Aceto Balsamico!
Taking a stroll through the vintage town centre, we’ll savour two expressive homemade pasta in a traditional Osteria Bolognese, accompanied by more local wine.
We’ll wrap up with the town’s most delectable gelato!
