What brings joy to my enterprise is the direct involvement and acquisition of skills in handling fresh pasta, a legacy from my granny’s old instructions. The finale that will astound you with its deliciousness is the Tiramisu.

Great time - Learned Alot - We had a great time at Alessia's home. It was a short and easy walk from the city center and started promptly on time. We learned how to make various types of pasta and even a desert! At dinner Alessa prepared the pasta with an appetizer and served us various types of wine as a pairing. As soon as we got home from our vacation we used what we learned to make home made pasta - far better than the restaurants!

Tips for classic dishes from skilled teacher - Great experience to be invited inside a private home in Bologna. Alissia told passionately about recipes and methods. We got new tips for classic dishes and went away with full stomachs and inspiration for cooking ourselves. We were in the age group 13-61 and everyone could participate. Warmest Recommendation here from.👍👍👍

Great Experience! - It was such a great time cooking with Alessia! I enjoyed how the organization of the class was very well thought out bc things ran very smoothly! Our tiramisu we made was the BEST I’ve had in bologna! I was doing this experience alone but my group was so friendly and from different parts of the world and it was just truly a great core memory! 🩷 10/10 recommend!

Fun evening - Alessia was a fantastic teacher and expertly walked us through the process of making a tiramisu, tagliatelle, and tortellini. On top of the food, we also tried local wines. Highly recommended if you are in Bologna and want to do something a little different.

Highly recommended - Highly recommend - this was our favourite activity we did in Bologna! Alessia was a welcoming and generous host. Really interesting learning how to make the tortelloni, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, and trying both handcutting + using the pasta machine. The best tiramisu and some of the best pasta we've ever had, made even better because we created it! We also enjoyed meeting others in the class - there were 8 of us total, which was a good size. Overall highly recommend, and thank you Alessia for a great night!

Fantastic! - This class came highly recommended and deserves all the five star reviews. Alessia, besides being a great cook, is wonderfully organized, instructive, and just a super pleasant person. We made fresh, from the basics, pasta torteloni, tagliatelle, and tiramisu as well as the fillings for all. Excellent instructions for technique as well as preferred products used and why.
In the end, we all sat down to eat our creations plus a wonderful ragu prepared by Alessia. This wasn't a dry, boring cooking class. We all laughed and had fun all the while. This group of strangers, from different parts of the world, sat down to a meal of wonderful food, in a home of a wonderful lady, and made wonderful memories. Thank you Alessia for the opportunity and the experience.

Perfetto cooking experience with excellent food - An amazing experience. Alessia is a really welcoming host, and she gave us such excellent detail on making the dishes. We were walked through each step carefully and explained reasons for it too. Making the tortelloni and tirimasu was so much fun.
She gave us her recipe for ragu and cooked it for us - which was utterly delicious. We ended it by eating the dishes we had made and she treated us to delicious wine and a gorgeous liqueur. It was such a wonderful and welcoming experience, it was a good size with three other people. Definitely recommend this experience ten times over, really great value for money as well! Also we enjoyed meeting the cat Paul.

A must do experience! - I went with my 2 daughters and it was a great activity to do together as a family. We all loved it. This experience opened our world to Italian food, and is a total credit to Alessia's passion for cooking traditional dishes. It is a must do and worth it, as you get to eat everything you make with wine / cold drinks. Alessia was an amazing and very generous hostess and even served us delicious starters that we didn't make. 100% recommend!

A great cooking experience - Alessia taught us how to make a true italian tiramisu and fresh pasta. We also got time to talk with the other attendees which made the experience even more enjoyable.
