Wonderful tour of Bologna’s Food - Our guide, Cristina, took us around the city to sample the food Bologna is known for, from Parmesan Reggiano to Parma Ham and Tagliatelle with Ragú. We also got to sample some wine of Emilia Romagna that I had never heard of before. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Bologna!

Bolognese with Margherita - We got a great history of the foods we tried from our very informed guide, Margherita. She kept things lively and took us to so some great local spots. We had a small group which made it so much better than other tours.

Excellent introduction to the local foods. - An excellent introduction to the classic food of Bologna. Our guide Bernadetta was so helpful and informative about each item and the culture behind it: coffee, parmigiana, balsamico, mortadella and more. We were delighted with the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent tour - Excellent tour, very informative and fun. Guide was friendly and engaging and brought the tour to life, sharing not only food knowledge but plenty of historical info as well. Plenty of food tastings along the way ending with a traditional ragu and wine!

Loads of fun - There were eleven of us on board he tour. We were from different parts of the world, but all got along very well. It was due to the atmosphere set by the guide snd we all had a wonderful time.

One of my most abundant food tour I have ever been - I never thought I could eat so much on a food tour, not to mention our guide Benedetta who was absolutely wonderful and also told us a lot of details about Bolognese cuisine. But where else to eat so much and so well if not in Bologna?
