• Bologna - Pickup is available from the Bologna city center, including your hotel/BNB or Bologna Central Train Station. If your accommodation is outside this area, such as Palazzo di Varignana or Hilton Garden North, pickup cannot be provided. Please contact us to arrange the nearest available pickup point.

Pickup from Bologna Train Station will occur no later than 8:50 AM, so please ensure your arrival by 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated, even in the event of strikes or train delays.

• Castelfranco Emilia - DAIRY FARM / The first stop is a dairy farm where Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. You will observe all stages of the production process at this certified organic farm, see the animals, and enjoy a guided tasting of various ages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, along with freshly made ricotta.

• Modena - BALSAMIC VINEGAR / Next, enjoy a guided tour of a traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena producer. Discover how this “black gold” is made, view the barrels, and participate in a guided tasting of different vinegar ages.

• Museo Ferrari - Concluding the tour, you will have one hour to explore the Ferrari Museum in Maranello with the skip-the-line tickets we provide.

• Bologna - The driver will return you to Bologna.

Begin the day with a visit to a dairy farm to gain insights into the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, from the cows to the cheese wheels. The tour will be conducted by the producer’s staff, ensuring all your questions are answered. Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting session. The next stop is a small family-run farm that has been producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for generations. They will demonstrate the production process and highlight the unique qualities of Balsamic Vinegar, explaining why it is so esteemed in haute cuisine. Conclude the visit by sampling various ages of locally produced balsamic vinegar. While in the area, a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello is a must to explore the history of the iconic supercar brand, Ferrari, during a self-guided tour. At the end of the day, the driver will return you to your accommodation in Bologna or to the train station.

• The remaining time is required for transportation between the visits’ locations
• All visits and tastings will be conducted by the producers’ team and might involve other guests, no private guide will be with you during the day. Driver is not a guide
• The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar / storage / etc. the temperature could be low even during summer period.
• If you arrive by train, please be sure that your train arrives not later than 08:30 am, as it could take up to 15-20 minutes to find the correct exit from the undeground train station where most of high speed trains arrive. Pickup time from the train station is not later than 08:50 am.
