The van departs promptly at 08:55 am and will not wait for late arrivals. Unfortunately, if you are delayed due to train or other transportation issues, we cannot accommodate you, issue a refund, or reschedule the tour. We recommend allowing extra time for your travel to avoid any complications.
• Castelfranco Emilia - DAIRY FARM / The first stop is a dairy farm where Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is crafted. Witness the entire production process at this certified organic farm, observe the animals, and enjoy a guided tasting of various ages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, along with freshly made ricotta.
• Modena - BALSAMIC VINEGAR / Next, enjoy a guided tour of a traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena producer. Discover the secrets of how this “black gold” is made, view the barrels, and participate in a guided tasting of different vinegar ages.
• Museo Ferrari - Conclude your tour with an hour-long visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, using the skip-the-line tickets provided.
• Bologna - The driver will return you to Bologna.

The tour will be conducted by the producer’s staff, ensuring all questions are thoroughly answered. Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting session. The next destination is a small family-run farm that has been producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for generations. They will demonstrate the production process and highlight the unique qualities of Balsamic Vinegar, explaining why it is so esteemed in haute cuisine. Conclude the visit by sampling various ages of locally produced balsamic vinegar. While in the area, a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello is a must to explore the history of the iconic supercar brand, Ferrari, during a self-guided tour. At the end of the day, the driver will return you to Bologna.

• Pickup from a meeting point will be from P.za XX Settembre, the square in front of NH De La Gare hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Bologna central train station. The van leaves at 08:55 am, and will not wait for late comers. If you arrive late to the meeting point because of train or other transportation delays, we won’t be able to accommodate you, to send a refund or to reschedule the tour to another day. We kindly suggest planning extra time for your journey to avoid any issues.
