Great way to spend an afternoon - We had a lovely afternoon on the pasta tagliatelle ragu and spritz course. Was so much fun and Stefy and Cilla were fantastic teachers. Highly recommend if you are in Bologna.

It was one of the best... - It was one of the best experiences in Bologna. Sonia our guide was amazing organizing everything to perfection. Loved to learn how to make pasta and spritz in a fun and uncomplicated way. Appreciated a small group of us.

Recipes PLEASE ! - We were supposed to be able to access the ragu and pasta recipes after the class along with photos, but we have not received them. Please help! The experience was worth the cost!

A must do in Bologna - fabulous! - Such an amazing experience! Stefania and Giulia were fabulous hosts and taught us how to make delicious pasta which we will definitely try to recreate when we get home. The group was lovely and it was nice to spend time chatting with the others on the course over some lovely drinks and delicious food. Grazie mille! :)

Disappointing - It was a nice evening if you’re only looking for a bit fun and drinking Aperetivo but as far as the learning experience goes, I was lacking substance and was pretty disappointing. We only made tagliatelle and even though there were 2 teachers, there was no real support. I booked the course because the description promised you learn how to make ragu. But sadly that’s not true. The whole course was more focused on chatting and drinking - I did a course in Firenze - there we learned 3 pasta types and he showed us 3 sauces in 3 hours…
