Initially, it was merely a stable with 5 cows, but over the years and due to ceaseless efforts, the dairy has become one of the area’s leading suppliers. Here you’ll get to understand the different phases of cheese-making and sample authentic Parmesan cheese.
The journey continues at Pedroni vinegar factory where you will savor and get to know about the lineage of this age-old family that has been curating original Balsamic Vinegar since 1862.
Post-lunch, there will be a brief tasting session at Leonardi ham factory in Marano sul Panaro, which was established by Aldo Leonardi in 1988, a pioneer in the pork slaughtering and processing industry.
