Wonderfully personal pasta making class! - My friends and I had the best experience with Grazia! She speaks English clearly / gives easy to follow directions and wonderful stories and snippets about Italy and history of pasta. She was very patient and a great host - took photos for us, the whole experience felt very personal and definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Great Experience! - What a great time! Grazia was a warm, engaging instructor who put interesting historical context into our recipes. Best of all, we've to put our lessons into practice since we've been home. Delicious!

Great 'Lunch and Learn' Italian style! - Grazia sent us clear directions to her home and was there to greet us at her door. There were 4 of us in total, and it was a great experience. We learned to make the pasta dough from scratch, cut and dry it, and fill and shape it. It was cooked and served in traditional bolognese ragu sauce and broth. Both were delicious. She provided water and wine and then followed with homemade dessert. She was very helpful and patient with all of us. I think we all enjoyed the experience, and my husband and I would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful host, class, and food! - My partner and I had such a fantastic time at Grazia’s cooking class! Her home was absolutely lovely, and she was the most gracious host. Grazia made everyone feel like part of her family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The class itself was a perfect balance, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced in the kitchen. We learned how to make traditional tortellini and tagliatelle from scratch, and she made it approachable enough we’ve been able to make it again at home. The best part was sitting down to enjoy the meal, complete with some excellent wine, alongside the other couple in the class and just getting to chat with Grazia. Highly recommend this experience!"

A wonderful cooking class! - This was such a wonderful cooking class! It was great to learn from a very knowledgeable and experienced local, and we got a lot of insight not only into making pasta, but the nuances of making dishes specific to Emilia-Romagna and Bologna in particular. Plus, the food was delicious, and we even briefly learned how to make a couple other pasta shapes!

Really enjoyable afternoon - We spent a lovely afternoon at Grazia's house. She and her lovely dog couldn't have been more welcoming and we really enjoyed learning how to make tagliatelle & tortellini which together with Grazia's home made Ragu was delicious. We've made both at home a couple of times since so it has been a skill learnt as well an enjoyable experience. We'd recommend to all.

Pasta at Mama Grazzia’s - What a nice experience. The host was warm and friendly, and welcomed us into her home. The group was fun. And we learned a lot about making a few shapes of egg pasta. All topped off with a delicious lunch!

Absolutely recommendable pastry course in domestic framework - We had a lovely morning with sweet Grazia and another couple. Grazia talked vividly about Italy’s pastat traditions, and we became much smarter at the differences in the many types of pasta in the regions. At the same time we made our own tortelloni and tagliatelle and ended up eating it. I look forward to trying myself at home in my own kitchen!

Delicious treats and lots to learn! - This was our highlight of Bologna! Grazia is a warm and welcoming host with so much knowledge to share. The food was exceptional and we left feeling confident to try to make pasta for ourselves when we get back to New Zealand.
