I offer a cooking lesson that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta, with two different typical seasonings, including Bolognese ragù. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking lesson, your hands will be mixed with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove preparing the sauces and plating. Vegetarian menu available on request. Menus for celiacs and lactose intolerants not available.
