Alessia was a great host... - Alessia was a great host and the food was delicious! We made two types of pasta and she had wine pairings for the dinner. The tiramisu we made was the best of our whole trip!

Highly recommend Alessia! - One of our favorite memories from traveling to Italy! Alessia was such a great host and every detail of the cooking process was explained and showed thoroughly. We traveled with 7 adults and a 5 year old and Alessia included our 5 year old to make her feel special. We were included in all parts of the process and the final result tasted incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, especially being in her own kitchen and getting to create Alessia’s family recipes even with family heirloom cooking items. Highly recommend this experience! A little of the city center (we decided to walk), but beyond worth it! We got to meet another small family during the experience and this just made it even more fun. Grateful to have found Alessia and I’m glad we did it!

Good fun class - We enjoyed making pasta and tiramisu in this home cooking class. The food and wine were very tasty. It was a very informal evening & we were given the recipes to take away for trying at home.
Added bonus was meeting the owner's 2 cute cats !

Learning new things and meeting new people. - Alessia was an amazing teacher, and I had a wonderful time meeting and cooking with new people. The food turned out beautifully, and we ended the evening with great conversation, wine, and the dishes we had prepared.
I’m looking forward to putting what we learned into practice!

Exceptional Experience - Alessia was exceptional at teaching the six of us how to make tiramisu and two types pasta. The small group setting is beneficial to be able to learn and create the proper habits to replicate it at home. If there were virtual classes with Alessia I would take them but in person would always be preferred. Next time I am in Bologna I would take another cooking class with Alessia as she is by far the best instructor/teacher I have ever had. Her humour and energy really brings the whole experience together. If I could rate this with 10 stars or 100 stars I would as she is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does. Many thanks!

A favorite of our time in Bologna! Alessia's class is exceptional. - Cooking with Alessia was such a great experience for my wife, daughter and me! She guided us through making the best tiramisu I've ever eaten. Her teaching and tips on fresh pasta really made it so easy, and something we can’t wait to do on our own at home. I never thought I'd be able to make and fold my own tortelloni. Alessia's home was easy to find, very welcoming, and a great space to make and enjoy the meal we prepared. A board of mortadella, parmagiano reggiano with family made balsamic, tagliatelle bolognese, tortoloni with butter sage sauce, the tiramisu, and perfectly paired wines! If you're thinking about booking this class, stop thinking and do it!
