Delicious cooked and tricks learned - Alessia can explain well, the atmosphere was relaxed, I learned a lot and the food and wine were delicious. The evening was worth it!

Family cooking class - Our hostess was knowledgeable and effective. Happily made the class vegetarian! She gave great tips on making pasta. She is a great hostess! She really made the evening special!

Incredible pasta in Bologna! - This was an amazing class! I can't say enough good things about Alessia. She was so patient and we learned so much about making pasta with a roller and tiramisu. Her sauces were amazing and the meal was fantastic. I highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to learn how to make high quality pasta and tiramisu with a great teacher.

Making memories with my kids in Italy - This was such a fun time! Alessia was the perfect host and teacher! ( a very patient teacher) ! She shared her knowledge of making pasta and also shared stories about her family. It was our second day in Italy, this started our 17 day trip with a great "BANG" ! I would take another class in a "heart beat" ... her recipe for Tiramisu is a game changer for me! ( was never a fan, but her recipe and technique for making it changed my thinking)... THANK YOU Alessia ! XO

Amazing Experience - An absolute pleasure and highlight of our time in Italy. Alessia is an excellent host, teacher and such great fun as she passed on her Cooking skills to our group. We learned how to make Pasta from scratch, create the best Tiramisu and then enjoy everything we made…. With different local wines. Highly recommended!

How to eat in Bologna - Alessia was fantastic. Her food and wine knowledge is exceptional. I think I'm a good judge of both wine and food, since I've been in the luxury wine and food industry for over 40 years. She really knows her business and is so kind with her guests. A perfect host and she's also a sommelier.

We had such a great time.... - We had such a great time. Alessia was knowledgeable, a great teacher and even gave us the recipes to try at home. After making pasta and tiramisu we were able to enjoy the fruits of our labors with a great sit down dinner, complete with wine! We've even made the tiramisu at home and everyone raved about it. A definite must do if you are in bologna. Please note the location is in an apartment complex, down a gravel driveway but not super hard to find. Don't worry she will be looking for you!

I thoroughly enjoyed Alessia's cooking class. - Alessia was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient as she guided us through the process of making fresh pasta and tiramisu. Her step by step instructions were clear, easy to follow and she delivered with such warmth and enthusiasm. I had so much fun. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable cooking class.
