A most splendid tour of Bolsover Town. - The Baroness has a vast and in depth knowledge of Bolsover, which is amazing. Do not feel embarrassed asking her questions, she encourages them to enable her to better gauge her delivery, to enhance the groups enjoyment. Our group of 3 couples all local leant and saw things that we would pass by in daily life. The afternoon tea was absolutely wonderful. I strongly and whole heartily recommend this delightful tour, and then visit Bolsover Castle for a really fantastic family day out.

Walking with the Baroness - What a very entertaining afternoon! The Baroness is very knowledgable about ‘her’ town and full of little anecdotes to flesh out the facts of the history of the town and the ‘Noble Families’ associated with it. Afternoon tea at The Coffee Cup was excellent. We parked for free in Morrisons Car Park (unlimited time) but there are plenty of other places around town. Highly recommended for a fun and unusual afternoon out!

A tour of an interesting historical small town, plus afternoon tea. Very enjoyable and amusing. - Even the rain couldn’t spoil this experience. A group of us from my WI went to the Coffee Cup Café in Bolsover, where we were met by “Baroness Bolsover” in full Victorian outfit, looking like Mary Poppins with her big black umbrella sheltering her from the rain. After a thoroughly enjoyable and interesting tour of the small town, from where there are incredible views over rural Derbyshire, we returned to the café where a very generous afternoon tea awaited us. Most of us were so full that we had to take some of it home with us. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an enjoyable experience.

Recommend this intriguing and interesting walking tour - Definitely would recommend this one hour gentle walk around the town center and St Mary and St Michael Church, followed by a fresh and tasty afternoon tea. Don't worry if you use a wheelchair or walker, the 'Baroness' reassured us she would give extra time for the tour. Having lived in Bolsover some 40 odd years ago I found many subjects surprising. Well done!
