Following the path through the Isarco valley, surrounded by castles, churches, and vineyards, we ascend after passing Chiusa to reach the Val di Funes. A magical valley, from San Pietro, we head to the Passo delle Erbe, a stop of an hour with a chance to hike to a chalet beneath Sass Putia.

Crossing the Castello di Badia, it serves as a portal to the valley leading us to the Falzarego pass. Here, you can ride a cable car from May to November and savor a local lunch at the Lagazuoi refuge.

We continue from Lake Fedaia under Marmolada, passing Canazei and finally to Lake Carezza at the most aesthetically pleasing hour, close to sunset. We halt at any photographic locations.
