Great way to spend an hour - Fascinating cave and our guide (Lily) was super knowledgeable and patient - absolutely recommend this cave as it’s different from many with its cave lake.

Great cave - It was great, the guide was amazing, just know there are 325 steps down to the cave and again up from the cave. But it is very beautiful and you can stop on your way up and take pictures.

Lake cave - Excellent in every way. Guide was knowledgeable in the cave, the history of the area. She made it interesting in the cave with the lighting, stories associated with the formation. And her customer service was excellent with everyone including a person who was not as fit as others

Awesome Lake Cave experience - My wife and I participated in the Lake Cave guided tour on October 13th and were awestruck by the beauty of this stunning underground vista. Our guide was informative and professional in explaining the cave's formation and history etc. A very worth while adventure.

World class cave with a lake experience - The views were amazing. Digby our guide had so much knowledge and understanding of how the landscape changing above ground affects life and formations 60 m below it. We both struggled with 329 stairs but we took our time, used the seats and made it in 90 minutes return.

A bit disappointing. Too many in the group. - We enjoyed the tour and it was amazing to see the water down there. We joined an earlier tour than our booked one and I had asked if our original had less booked. They were non commital. We went on the earlier tour but I regret it. There were too many people, we didnt even fit on the internal platform and going past inverted table we were last so she turned light off BEFORE we even saw it. I then had to ask everyone to bunch up so we could move up to view it. Disappointing. Same at the end platform for view down cave length. I am afraid it is TOO MANY in one group at our expense. Profit before people. I would also prefer a bit longer to just take it all in. We were told you could stay... but you can't as the other group is already waiting to enter. Sorry... but it needs improving.
