An entertaining and delicious way to explore Bordeaux - This was a brilliant way to explore the city. The combination of delicious pastries and general historical information was perfect for our teenaged kids. It was great to have a young guide who connected with our sons and was so knowledgeable at the same time. Thanks for a great experience! Well done!!

Great way to see Bordeaux! - What a great way to see the sights, architecture and learn about the history of Bordeaux. Nikesh was friendly, great to chat with and knowledgeable about Bordeaux and its Boulangeries. Of course the treats we got to sample were very tasty. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bordeaux for the first time.

A tasteful experience! - Yhe most enjoyable tours of our trip! Our guide introduced us to the history of the city, it's beauty and, when I say the most tasteful, I truly mean it in more the a figuratively way! Please don't miss the excursions!

Very nice - My husband and I both had a lovely time on this tour. Nikish’s enthusiasm for the city is infectious and he does a great job of spacing out the boulangeries and interspersing them with information about historical sites.

Delightful! One of a kind tour! - This tour was delicious and purely delightful. Our guide was so personable, and knew so many interesting things about the boulangeries (one the best in France!) and their products. We had delectable and artisanally-made treats along the way, and for the lunch boulangerie we were able to select a drink. I selected orange juice which was fresh-squeezed and delightful. But there was so much more than just the boulangeries, about various interesting and possibly lesser-known features of Bordeaux, and stories of their history that were skillfully told. The tour took us all over Bordeaux and on a tram at 2 points (I believe.). There was 7 km of walking involved which he told us in advance, and this happily made for guilt-free eating! I would not recommend for those with limited or reduced mobility.

Boulangerie heaven - Nikesh has created a wonderful experience combining award-winning bakeries with historical sites and information. My favorite pastry came from Maison Lamour, where I finally experienced the delight of a true French eclair, perfect pate a choix and a pastry cream the consistency of mousse. Nikesh took us to the Pallais Gallien, the remains of a Roman coliseum thought to have been built in the 1st century. Nikesh answered my many questions and shared his love of these amazing boulangeries. He also was so very helpful with instructions after I got a bit lost and had to join the tour after it had begun, so that I didn’t have to miss it completely. I highly recommend this tour!

Perfect beginning for your visit to Bordeaux. - I highly recommend this tour. Delicious and informative.I can’t think of a better way to begin your visit to Bordeaux. Sampling the finest baked goods the city has to offer at the same time learning about the history and it’s ancient monuments.

Prize-winning boulangeries and a dose of history - The guide is friendly, offers clear and interesting historical facts, and keeps a pleasant pace through the historical center, several neighborhoods and the city garden. The treats received at 4 boulangeries were delicious. I highly recommend this tour.
