Great Tour, very detailed - Very good tour, really enjoyed it. Tour in French & English. Very relaxed and informative. Ear phones provided. Sometimes difficult to ask a question during tour, as tour guide went into auto-pilot!

Great walkabout..so much info ! - All the history and the port, our guide Christine was excellent. Bordeaux is a beauty! Highly recommend this tour.

Brilliant walking tour - We had an excellent guide, Christine, who brought the city to life, seamlessly alternating between English and French. She pointed out architectural details and told us about the interesting history of Bordeaux. Meeting points were very clear.

Unmissable and essential city tour - Very beautiful city tour through the centuries. Excellent explanations on the history of the city since the 12th century, on the main buildings, anecdotes. A very interesting walk, 2 hours in the rain (yes) The fact that the comments were French/English was in no way disturbing because the guide, Christine, translated sentence after sentence rather than long explanations, an opportunity to revise my English!

Great - Very good and informative and i got good advice about where to go for the traditional cake, in a lovely part of the city

OK but you can probably do better - Was ok didnt see as many sights as would have liked, was in two languages so there was a lot of waiting around while things got explained twice

a big disappointment - What should have been a fun weekend was completely destroyed in just a few hours. Our car was parked in a guarded parking garage and only a few hours later it was completely stolen. all our suitcases with clothing and souvenirs GONE. Police didn't even take the time to come and take a look. so the clothes we were wearing were all we had left. along this road would like to thank the residents of Bordeaux for their hospitality.

Viator took $155 for undelivered service! - Bordeaux City Sights Walking Tour Bordeaux Scammed by Viator!! 936736299 We booked a 4 hour walking tour in Bordeaux France and immediately were in contact with the local guide on the “WhatsApp” site. I told her we were arriving via Norwegian Cruise line so she picked our meeting sight which was supposedly within walking distance of the ship. Our meeting time was noon so as soon as we docked I googled the meeting point and it was 2 hours away! I immediately contacted Yarin Yildiz and was told she could not provide the tour! When I asked for our refund of $155. she said she’d check with her supervisor. We were told there would be no refund because it was less than 24 hours - their cancellation policy. We didn’t pick the meeting place - the local guide did! We are still waiting for our refund from Viator! Scam artists
