Fantastic way to see beautiful Bordeaux - Fantastic way to see beautiful Bordeaux. Our guide Elias was professional from the start, emailing prior to tour to find out our interests etc. He arrived early and so we started our tour. His English was great. He showed us and explained the history along the way. When it rained, he gave us the option of 2-3 different things we could do. Elias was so professional and friendly. We loved every minute of our tour and would highly recommend this tour anyone who wants to get a feel for the city.

Merci Beaucoup Barb!! - Barb gave us a wonderful tour of Bordeaux. She made sure to take us to beautiful places for pictures, and show us the highlights of the city. Barb went above and beyond to message me on What's App to be sure we made it to town without issue. She was so kind to give us tram instructions, restaurant recommendations, and things we could see with the hours we had at our 4pm arrival. She truly cares about her customers and was an absolute pleasure.

Excellent walking tour with Pascale - Excellent and enjoyable 2-hour Bordeaux walking tour with Pascale. She engagingly took us through the city’s history from the Romans to the present day. We highly recommend this tour! There was some scheduling confusion about an included wine tasting. The wine bar where it was supposed to take place kindly went out of their way to do it the next day. It was well worth the wait--many thanks to Ash.

Good tour - take it on day ONE - The weather didn't cooperate, but we had a good time learning about the city. I recommend this tour on the first day of any stay in Bordeaux.

See the city YOUR way - We had no preconceived ideas on what to visit and was open to just "go with it" Our guide was well up for a sight and followed by a drink and a snack and a beautiful square and a glass of wine and a recommendation followed by a historical discussion. An afternoon/evening to remember at our own pace and own interest, what a great way to see the city, unstructured and enjoyable!

Local passion for a gem of a city - Our guide Iker really has a passion for San Sebastián and knows it inside out. He has a gentle sense of humour and handled our grumpy kids very well. Great overview of the old City plus tips on where to get Pinxtos and also a server recipe to bring home!

Amazing local tour experience - Lucie was simply amazing. She took me to the places I wanted to go, she taught me so much about the CIty and she suggested me places to go , things to do so I could feel comfortable walking around Bordeaux . Lucie went far and beyond what I expected, she was caring and sweet and she made our walk very fun. She is very knowledgeable about the restaurants and the places to avoid ❤️ . I recommend her 100% !!!

Exploring Bordeaux with a local - Bordeaux is a great city to walk around with some beautiful historic buildings, cafes, restaurants, shops and very friendly people. Our guide was a charming young man who made our private 3 hour tour very enjoyable and interesting, which my wife and I could have never done on our own.

Late cancellation by provider, could not supply a guide in the local language! - Well, it’s a strange one this. I booked and paid for my guided tour in Bordeaux, France, easily enough on Tripadvisor. On the day before the tour I got a message from management saying they had trouble finding a French speaking guide for me, as requested. Indeed, trouble finding a guide who speaks French in France. Finally, they had a guide for me who reached out. The guide was probably Indian and said he’d prefer to guide me in English. I insisted on French as decided at booking and he agreed. Yet, later that night management notified me that the guide had had doubts and now wasn’t reachable for final confirmation. As management again could not confirm a guide for the morning after, the booking was cancelled and I’m now waiting for my reimbursement. Management did clearly make an effort and kept me in the loop doing so and for this they have my respect. Yet, I wonder about their business model; do they rely on students and foreign workers for the service they provide? In their PR they claim to supply native or at least long-time on-site guides if not specifically trained in the local history and culture, which to me would be fine if they at least know the city well.. and of course the local language. I was not told why they couldn’t deliver a guide. Maybe the perfect guide suddenly got sick and chance conspired against this company but I would have expected some redundancy. Now, a review should normally be based on a delivered service and I had none. However, a no-delivery could be considered the worst outcome. Results are important, but for the efforts of the management I’ll be generous and give a 2. For you who consider this service provider, reliability might be an issue.
