The journey begins at one of Bordeaux’s most distinctive bakeries, featuring an oven constructed in 1765 during the reign of King Louis XV. Participants will learn about traditional bread-making techniques and sample regional delights such as pain Gascon. The next stop is an artisanal fromagerie, where the vast array of French cheeses will be explored, and selections for tasting will be made with the guide. Following this, the tour proceeds to a wine shop boasting one of the largest selections in Southwest France, culminating in an in-depth discussion and pairing session.
