- Chateau Paloumey - Upon arrival at the château, you will discover how the wines are made and how this organic vineyard is managed before tasting 4 wines from the property (Haut-Médoc, Moulis-en-Médoc and Margaux).
- Chateau Ferriere - Then we will take the direction of the village of Margaux where you will visit a second property classified Grand Cru 1855 and cultivating its vines organically or biodynamically. After a tour of the technical installations, you will taste at least 2 wines in the Margaux appellation of this Grand Cru Classé.

The Médoc, a famed part of the Bordeaux vineyards situated a few kilometers north of Bordeaux, invites you for an exploration. Experience this region by touring two chateaus and sampling a broad assortment of wines.
9:20 a.m.: Assemble at the Bordeaux tourist office. Your tour guide will greet you and outline the schedule for the day.
9:30 am: The tour commences.
Our first stop will be at an estate that is designated as a Cru Bourgeois. Discover the process of wine-making and get insights into the management of this organic vineyard prior to tasting 4 wines that the estate offers (Haut-Médoc, Moulis-en-Médoc, and Margaux).
An onwards journey takes us to the village of Margaux where we’ll explore a second estate, classified as Grand Cru 1855 and recognized for its organic or biodynamic vine cultivation methods. Following a tour of the technical facilities, relish a tasting of at least 2 wines in the Margaux designation from this classified Grand Cru.
1:30 p.m.: Arrival back in Bordeaux (+/- 15 min.).
