Beautiful scenery, fantastic guide! - The Snaefellsnes Peninsula is just stunning, highly recommend adding this to your Iceland trip! NiceTravel were well organised and the trip ran smoothly. This was my first ever day-trip group tour so I thought the stops were appropriately timed, although there’s so much to do in 1 day that it is always going to feel a little bit rushed compared to doing it yourself at your own pace. But driving in Iceland in winter was one thing we didn’t want to do (coming from Australia)! Our guide Walter’s energy, jokes and passion really made the trip! His love for Iceland really came across in his tour. He also gave us a few extra photo stops, including one for Icelandic horses, which was amazing!

Amazing trip and nice tour guide - Nice view in Iceland , and Walter is really nice and funny. He is a good tour guide that he is thoughtful for us such as telling us the details cautions. Ice land is an amazing place that I have seen many beautiful and particular places .Especially the Northern lights, I am so fortunate to see the lights clearly.

Whoop! Whoop! - Loved the Snæfellsnes tour, mainly due to our amazing guide Walter. He was super fun, energetic and had a lot of information about Iceland throughout the day, not just about the stops. I initially booked with another company, but it got cancelled due to weather conditions. Because of that, we skipped the last stop, but he did add two other stops. Definitely recommend this tour to see a less touristy, more unspoilt side of Iceland! Thank you Walter for the amazing day and taking such good care of us! Whoop whoop!

A winter delight. - Spectacular photo opportunities. A winter delight. Our Guide was Athor, who has an encyclopedic knowledge of the route and a great many things Icelandic. He also doesn't waste time on the road, and will minimize time spent driving, where possible. The views are spectacular, and the photo opportunities prove that it's impossible to take a bad photo in Iceland. In winter, daylight hours are short, and I suggest you pack a lunch, although there will be a chance to buy a prepackaged lunch on the drive. Take the cold seriously.

Mr. Walter is awesome - Mr. Walter is super awesome! He knows so much stuff and every time we were on his bus, it was super fun. He makes everyone laugh and feel happy. I really like when he sings songs because he has a really pretty voice, like a prince from a fairytale! He makes Iceland feel like a big, exciting adventure, and I learned lots of cool things about it. I wish Mr. Walter could be my guide on every trip because he's the best!

Dangerous driver!!! - Our bus crashed and flipped over because our driver insisted “I’m from Iceland, I can drive”. Wind and snow and he should have turned around The road was impassible. Needed to be rescued from the overturned van
