You don't get this on a self-driving tour - We were fortunate to have incredible weather and a near-cloudless sky. Our guide, Lorenzo was amazing and extremely friendly. Great views, unique locations and a nice layman's-explanation of the geology and history of the Sagas relevant to the area.

Wonderful day trip - Great tour, a lovely, full day, our guide/driver even made a couple of extra short detours for an even more fulfilling experience, and he was very knowledgeable. The sights were of course stunning! Lovely experience and very good value for money.

Great Exploration of the Peninsula - Had an insightful day exploring the Peninsula on our tour. We were able to see several beautiful locations as we received some background about the history and folklore of the country form our guide.

Lara made my day - Lara was a fantastic guide. Very personable. Had to make some changes on route but involved the group in decisions
I could not have asked for a better guide 😊😊😊😊😊

Packed like a lemmings in tiny metal box - Trip and driver were good. However all 19 seats were booked on small minivan and someone's knees were in my back the entire time. Overstuffed and uncomfortable. Scenery of course was excellent.

Rainbows brighten a wet misty day. - Our driver/guide made the best of a mixed day weather wise. Kirkjufell was not visible through the mist and the car park for the black sand beach was closed. However, we had a great walk at Arnarstapi and saw lots of lovely rainbows!

Disappointed - Positive was that we were able to do a lot in the amount of time. Weather wasn’t great but we made the best of it. As for the experience in general? I rather not be negative..

Beautiful sightseeing, long ride - This was our last tour of the week and the scenery was gorgeous. I don’t think I would do this one again though because it was a very long bus ride and uncomfortable if you are 6ft and up. We did a 14hour tour the day before but this van seemed tighter and the drive time a bit longer in between stops, so less time to stretch our legs. Our tour guide wasn’t extremely knowledgeable of all the scenery but he tried so A for effort. I know the roads aren’t great so get ready for lots of bumby up and downs while driving around the peninsula. Lunch was super yummy and we had more breaks than other tours. So this was a less jam packed tour.
