• Via Pianale, 72 - The tour will commence in the vineyard with a brief stroll and an overview of vine cultivation methods. Following this, participants will enter the winery, the core of production, to learn about each stage from pressing to bottling.

At the conclusion of the tour, there will be a tasting session featuring five varieties of wine, including sparkling wines crafted using the Charmat method in autoclaves and lightly sparkling wines created through bottle refermentation. These selections will provide insight into the local region, traditional wines of the past, and emerging trends.

The wine tasting will be complemented by local delicacies, including a variety of artisanal biscuits, culminating with a pairing of our Spumante Incrocio Manzoni 13.0.25.
