Entering the winery, the epicenter of our craft, we delve into the entire wine production cycle, from crushing grapes to bottling. After exploring these initial stages, we proceed to a tasting session featuring 5 distinct wines. We’ll compare effervescent varieties produced via the Charmat method (secondary fermentation in steel tanks) with semi-sparkling options fermented a second time in the bottle. These selections serve to deepen our understanding of the local land, the historical methods of winemaking, and contemporary trends. The tasting is complemented by regional delicacies and a curated assortment of handmade cookies, perfectly matched with our Moscato Rosé Gioia sparkling wine.
