Highly recommended Boston to Niagara Falls tour - This was an amazing 4-days trip from Boston to Niagara Falls. It was well managed and executed by the tour guides, especially Kitty who was exceptional in providing detailed background on the respective site visits. I really appreciate her patience, consideration and friendly attitude which has made the tour memorable. I would also like to take this opportunity to appreciate the guidence of Catherine and Daniel. In particular, Catherine was very helpful in arranging the end of the trip, which is much appreciated it. I would say that the tour guides were great. I just had an objections on the company's policy of charging for attractions that do not require an access ticket (e.g., Watkins Glen State Park and Niagara Falls Night Tour). I would be willing and happy to pay an additional service charge for the guide (more than 36 USD that was charged/person) than have these attractions as listed as ticketed items. Just a consideration for a better transparency going forward. Otherwise the tour was amazing and recommended!

Not what we expected - We got to see what was listed in our Itinerary but our tour organizer wasn’t aware of our final destination because other groups of people were going different places. The Night tour of Niagara Falls wasn’t a real tour, but was made an expense anyway. Tour should’ve mentioned that it was in English and Mandarin.
