The timing. was according... - The timing. was according schedule. Guide was very good, giving us a lot of valuable information. He described surroundings effortlessly with a humor, making our experience plausible and interesting. Tour of 80 minutes was exactly what we need. I highly recommend this tour.

The bus ride gave us a... - The bus ride gave us a great overview of Boston in a short period of time. We were not impressed with the pre-recorded narrative however. An in-person host would have added to the experience.

It was okay - liked riding in the open - loved seeing the old architecture - would have liked to hear more about the history instead of just the design of the buildings

Long waits for pick ups and recording for 1/2 of the tour instead of live commentator. - We loved up high double decker.great views from atop. Disappointed that a live commentator was only 1/2 way through. Definitely longer waits for pick ups sometimes up to an hour to wait.

The good and the bad - We had to wait about 45 minutes for the bus at the bus stop initially and the one time we got off to see the sites it took a long time until the next bus. The initial bus we were on did not have a commentator as expected, only a recording. The 2nd bus had a guy who was commentator and he was good and informative. My favorite part was the open top bus where you could really see the city of Boston and all its beautiful and interesting buildings and diverse architectural design throughout the downtown area.

Horrible - Sat on bus for 1/2 waiting to go then it started pouring so we had to go inside the bus and sat there for 1/2 hr then was told another bus was coming because it wasn’t big enough for everyone ! So the next bus pulls up and they pile us in that and there were not enough seats and the driver couldn’t figure out how to close the doors ! So guess what we wait for another bus to come and finally get boarded and sit there for another 1/2 hr before finally leaving! Horrible experience I’m tempted to call them for some kind of refund !

Do not book they do not give you your money back if you can’t get on the trolley and they don’t tell you that they close - Beware : I got to my spot at 4pm and the trolley was closing at 5pm the hours are not listed on the website for Boston the driver told me to call a number and I am still waiting to hear from someone!
