Fabulous food tour of Boston classics! - Katie was our guide for what turned out to be a private tour as my husband and I were the only two people. She was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. We had done a Freedom Trail tour prior, yet she had additional information to share and showed us different things along the way which we really appreciated. It was interesting to hear the background behind the Boston classic foods we tried, and they were all delicious! This food tour gave us the opportunity to eat at the places renowned for these foods and the insights Katie had (such as the portraits in the Bell in the Hand Tavern) were things we wouldn’t have learned otherwise. The amount of food and the pacing turned out to be more than enough for a meal. Highly recommend this experience!

Great Food Tour with History of Boston! - We schedule a food tour in every new city we experience to taste local flavors and learn the history of that city. Bites of Boston delivered on both fronts. Katie was an excellent guide and provided visual aids (laminated maps of the city and more), great historical knowledge, and had a warm personality. She explained the history of the food we were having as well as other not-so-well-known-facts of Boston. We learned more from her in three hours than we did from another tour we took while visiting. Here is what we ate on our tour: Baked beans and brown bread, clam chowder, a lobster roll, and Boston cream pie. All of the places we experienced these foods had a unique history of their own. Our favorite was the clam chowder. The lobster roll was stuffed with lobster and came with fries. The beans were heavy on molasses, and the Boston cream pie was okay...not what we thought it was going to be. But it sure was pretty! We highly recommend this tour if you visit Boston. Ask for Katie as your guide!

A great Boston Tour - It was a great tour!! Our guide Sean did an awesome job; I had the best lobster roll ever and was impressed by the pizza choice. I have done many walking food tours probably over 30 and this was one of the best.

Great choices from baked beans to original Boston Cream pie. The 3 hours went by really fast. We were full and had fun. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent Food Tour - What a great tour--the food was delicious, especially the lobster roll at Bell In Hand. We had to leave the tour early and Judy brought our Boston cream pies to us at the hotel--thank you, Judy!
