A most fabulous Freedom Trail guided tour!! - I specifically wanted to take a guided tour of the Freedom Trail because I was determined to see the entire thing. Mark was amazing! His tour is extremely detailed, and we made every official stop plus some additional ones that Mark felt were important to the story of the genesis of the American Revolution. I’m not an in depth scholar, but I have enough knowledge, and Mark certainly added to what I already knew. He also conveyed much emotion and warmth to the cold facts. I would make sure to bring a water bottle and wear comfy shoes — be ready to walk. It was four whole hours, and the tour ended with a walk across the Charles River to the Bunker Hill monument and the USS Constitution. I have a 12 year old, and he was fine, but I honestly do not think kids much younger than that could handle the tour. Also, the tour ends on the other side of the Charles River so be prepared to know how to get back to Boston (if you are staying over there). We took the ferry (a lot of fun) and got the subway back to the hotel. Just have a plan. Thanks Mark!!

Don’t Skimp - Book the Tour With All Of The Freedom Trail Sites! - The best part about this walking tour was our guide, Mark! Such a knowledgeable fellow. Don’t be dismayed - yes, this is a 3 mile/4 hour tour - but Mark stops at just the right places for just the right amount of time. Believe me when I say, “it will not seem like you’ve walked 3 miles.” We were so glad we chose this tour over the shorter versions because this tour includes ALL of the Freedom Trail sites - from Boston Common to Bunker Hill & the USS Constitution. You will not be disappointed with this tour.

Excellent Tour - This was an amazing tour. Mark was a very knowledgeable tour guide. He brought the story of the Revolutionary War to life with facts and personal stories of those involved. He was also very thoughtful... Bringing extra water, having planned stops for a few minutes of rest while he continues to share. Great tour!

Best tour guide and tour. - Mark did an amazing job on our tour. The four hour tour flew by and wife and I would have stayed for another four if it was an option. His knowledge of the history is beyond what other tour guides will go over. Wife and I had a blast hearing his tell the stories of the revolutionary war and its characters. We definitely recommend his tours to everyone and will be doing it again when we come back to Boston.

Visit every stop of Freedom Trail with an expert! - I'm so glad that we booked this particular tour with Mark from Walk and Talk Tours that covers every stop on the Freedom Trail. He was so knowledgeable. I read 2 books on the Revolutionary War before coming to Boston, and he filled in so many gaps. He was down to earth and so helpful. I'm sure that we saw places and received information that other tours simply do not offer. I believe there were ten members of the tour, which is a perfect size vs. the hokey tours that are trying to drag around twenty tourists at a time. I found areas like the Granary Burial Grounds and Faneuil Hall much more interesting than I thought I would. Thank you, Mark. We will recommend your services to as many people as possible!

This tour was amazing! - It was an amazing experience. The setting and sights we visited were made for a good storyteller and that is exactly what you get on this tour. Mark is extremely well versed in the subject matter and presents it in a clear easy to understand way. His voice is rich and carries so all can hear him even over the din of the city. He tells the events of the period through the people who made it happen, people like Samuel Adams, John Hancock, and Paul Revere. He closes by telling you what happened to the main characters after the events he has talked about. You will be so glad you took his tour! Mike Cronin
