  • Park Street Church - An iconic site on The Tour of the Freedom Trail. Hear it’s history near it’s front steps. On Independence Day in 1831, America (My Country ‘Tis of Thee) was performed for the very first time.
  • Granary Burying Ground - The Granary Cemetery
    Resting place of Sam Adams, John Hancock, Paul Revere
    James Otis, the Boston Massacre victims, 3 signers of The Declaration of Independence, and many more, expect to spend up to 45 minutes here as the stories of colonial Boston take shape!
  • Boston Latin School - See America’s first Public School and hear about it’s famous Colonial American alumnus Benjamin Franklin Samuel Adams, see the Ben Franklin Statue
  • Old Corner Bookstore - Stop at Boston’s oldest commercial building. This is where Nathaniel Hawthorne’s The Scarlet Letter, Thoreau’s Walden, and Longfellow’s Midnight Ride of Paul Revere were all published.
  • Old South Meeting House - Guests will hear the story of The Boston Tea Party in the location where it happened, just outside the Old South Meeting House. Also guests will see and hear about the Paul Revere Bell.
  • Old State House - See the location and stop to be told the inspiring story of the Boston Massacre.
  • Statue of Samuel Adams - Hear about Faneuil Hall at the location of the Sam Adams and the story of his inaccurate statue.

Following the Freedom Trail past several historic sites, guests will be amazed by the stories of America’s Founding Fathers, the American Revolution and New England’s Colonial History. This walking tour Follows the Freedom Trail from the Boston Common to the Paul Revere Mall in The North End!

  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
  • Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
  • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • The Granary Burial Ground is wheelchair accessible through a separate entrance. Guests who cannot climb stairs will be required to leave the tour momentarily and navigate to a separate entrance.
  • GUESTS WHO CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS may use a separate entrance to the Granary Burial Ground.Some guests, such as those in a wheelchair, will need to depart from the tour momentarily and rejoin the group within the cemetery gates.

Boston heritage walking - Guides varied knowledge. He was very informative but spoke too quickly. Also group was too big and we lost info with size of crowd. Could have spent more time talking about history than finding out where we r all from.
