Great way to spend a day! - Excellent way to see Boston, tour guides/drivers were very informative. The wait was inconsistent, sometimes less than 15 min. Sometimes more than 30 min. Middle of the day, trolley's fill up and people don't get off, so you have to wait till the next one comes. Some tour guides/drivers were not clear and it was hard to understand what they were saying.

Easy way to see the highlights - Due to our cruise ship delayed arrival, we had limited time and could not to use the hop on hop off feature. This was a great way to see the city highlights. The pick up and drop off were very close to our ship and easy to find.

Boston highlight tour - Great way to see Boston. Be careful where you are dropped off not all drivers stop in the same spot. Some stop 20-30 yards away and will not allow you to get on.

No time for this and we... - No time for this and we had to leave early because of health issues with one of our friends/visitors. I will say that King was very engaging as a first-timer, even though he still has much to learn. He'll be an excellent guide.

Informative but not good for a cruise excursion - The narrative from the drivers was phenomenal! Very informative about the history of Boston. Did this tour rather than a ship tour. However a hop on hop off isn’t really a good option while on a cruise. There really isn’t enough time to do multiple sights. Would have been better off just picking our top interest and booking the individual tour. Viator is less expensive than the ship tours so is a great option if you are on a budget. My only complaint was waiting an hour at the pier for the bus to pick us up. It seemed to me they should have been more prepared for a Saturday with 2 cruise ships in port. We only waited about 20 minutes at the one stop that we got off. But we saw lots of long lines waiting. Most often there wasn’t enough seats to accommodate the waiting crowd. I would have booked a different tour through Viator.
