- Chobe National Park - During your stay in Victoria Falls, visit one of Africa’s most popular parks on this Chobe day trip. Chobe National park is mostly known for its large concentrations of elephants, prolific bird life, predators and water mammals. You will begin your day with a land-based safari in a 4x4 open vehicle getting deeper into the park to spot the elusive big cats and massive elephant and big game species that make Chobe their home.
On your way back from the safari, you will stop over at the Chobe safari lodge for a delicious lunch and then you embark on a river viewing cruise .This water based safari gives you an exceptional opportunity to view the rich wildlife of the Chobe National Park on the banks of the Chobe River.

Great professional seamless service tailormade to our needs - We used Afro Dawn Safaris to arrange the Boma Dinner and Drum show, a sunset dinner boat cruise as well as a full day Chobe national park and Chobe river excursions. All I can say is WOW for the smooth and seamless logistics from Afro Dawn. They went out of their way, and even where we had time to kill would take a detour and show us something interesting. All three excursions were amazing! From a logistics point-of-view the Chobe trip required 3 border crossings each way, and with Afro Dawn this was no effort and seamless.
Their staff are friendly, well-informed and happy to share their knowledge of the area.
My greatest thanks go out to Isabella and her team. I will definitely use them again for anything and everything Vic Falls and surrounds!
