An excellent day that was one of the highlights of our holiday. - The pickup was on time. The guides sorted out the border formalities. The knowledgeable guide in Chobe (his name was Gaba) took us to the right places to see lions, elephants, crocodiles, etc (all just a few metres away) and even explained geographical features of the area. An excellent day that was one of the highlights of our holiday.

Exceeded expectations - Exceeded my expectation. At every stage from booking the trip to its completion communication has been excellent. Everything was done as described and on time. Transfers were completed in a friendly and professional manner. The guides on the other side of the border were also friendly and professional. The added bonus was that we saw lots of animals and birds.

A Dream Come True in Chobe - We had an absolutely amazing day in Chobe with Gaba as our guide! The transfer through the border was quick and easy. Gaba picked us up in Botswana and was with us for the rest of the day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals and birds we saw, and made a special effort to help us see the things we were particularly interested in. Everything about Chobe National Park was beautiful and it was full of life. There was so much to see, even at the end of the "green" season! Gaba was patient and allowed us as much time as we wanted to take pictures and just watch the beautiful animals. At one point, a herd of elephants that we were watching across the river swam towards us and emerged right by our vehicle. It was an amazing experience that would not have happened if we had been rushed along. We saw everything we had hoped to see and more (even a leopard in a tree!). This day will have a special place in my heart forever. Thank you for a perfect "first safari" experience. The bar was set very high. We will be back!

Chobe trip - The ability to drive along side the animals in Chobe is thrilling. The landscape itself feels like an adventure here alongside the animals. The boat cruise and game drive is a great way to see the animals on their normal daily patterns.

Spectacular! - The tour was enjoyable and exceeded expectations. The guide, Jack, was very knowledgeable and able to track a couple of lions. I had a nice lunch served in a good restaurant. The afternoon river cruise was wonderful. The guide was also full of information. I saw a lot of elephants, hippos and water buffaloes, and crocodiles.

So many elephants, wonderful - They pick you up at approximately 7 am from your hotel. They pick up other clients and then take you to the Botswana border. You pass passport control and get into a special open safari vehicle. It has 9 seats, 3 in the front, 3 in the middle and 3 in the back. The best are those in the back, because they are taller and you see better. The worst are the center seats of the first and second row. There is a lot of sun so it is better to use sunscreen. You take a tour in this vehicle through a part of the park where in our case we saw a large number of elephants and impalas. This is what you will see the most, elephants and impalas. To a lesser extent you will be able to see a tiger, giraffe, various types of birds, hippos, etc. But seeing so many elephants together was worth it for me. Then you leave Chobe Park and are taken to a hotel, the Cresta Mowana-Safari Resort, where you meet a large number of other tourists who take them to the buffet to eat. There are a lot of people and there is only one buffet line, which makes the experience somewhat “slow”. Food is included. You pay separately for drinks. After eating, you go out on a small boat with a maximum capacity of 10 people, from the same dock of this hotel. The boat is not very comfortable and gets a lot of sun, since the small roof that covers it does not provide good coverage from the afternoon sun. It is the time when the sun is strongest. This part was the one I liked the least, the walk along the river, because it was more uncomfortable and because of so much sun and heat. We return to the hotel and from there we go out to the border with Zimbabwe, they stamp our passports and we change to another vehicle to take us to the hotel.
