Crossing Borders and Entering the Wild

The journey began with a scenic road transfer from the iconic Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, crossing into the wildlife-rich terrain of Kasane, Botswana. As a wildlife photographer, the anticipation of capturing the world’s largest elephant population in Chobe National Park was exhilarating. The border crossing was seamless, and the transition from the bustling town to the serene wilderness was a reminder of Africa’s diverse landscapes.

Traditional music and dance performances by Matebele dancers added to the festive atmosphere, their rhythmic movements telling stories of the land.

The highlight of the evening was an exhilarating drumming session, where guests were invited to join in the beat. The energy was infectious, and the sense of community palpable.
