Chobe - A Memorable Tour - My friend and I booked several day tours with African Safari Experience. The trip to Chobe was our favorite. It was a long day from Livingstone, Zambia but was well worth it. There were several teams that managed our Chobe tour on the Zambia and Botswana side. They took great care of us and everything went smoothly. The day consisted of a boat trip in the morning on the Chobe River where we saw lots of animals and birds on the river and some on land including hippos, crocodilles, buffalo, elephants, impalas, etc. The boat trip was wonderful and included beverages. We did a game drive in the afternoon in Chobe National Park and were thrilled to see a lioness with her cubs and several male lions up close. We saw tons of elephants and other animals. Our driver/guide went the extra mile to find lions as that was what everyone in our game truck wanted to see. The tour also included a great lunch at a nearby hotel. I can't recommend this tour enough. You will be so happy if you do this tour through African Safari Experience.

Camping at Chobe National Park - It was a beautiful experience from the overnight tenting and gourmet feast to all the animal sightings! The border crossing was very easy with the assistance of our guides, and the enormity of being in the African bush was not lost on us as we very comfortably traveled to our campsite! Hearing the overnight sounds of animals and then SEEING them at first light was certainly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! I LOVED it!!

Pulled out all the stops to make us happy - For weather reasons we wanted to go on a particular day, and Steve pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Our guide was waiting for us and despite the rains coming we were lucky to spend time with several herds of elephants, we had three lion sightings and then stayed overnight in a camp tent, where we were spoiled with good food. Would totally recommend.

Day Trip viz Kazungula Border (Kaza Visa approved) - It was a long day but entirely worth it as Chobe national park was phenomenal. We saw elephants swimming here and massive crocodiles. Just so different from anything we have seen safari wise in Zambia, Zimbabwe and eastern South Africa.

AMAZING SAFARI EXPERIENCE IN CHOBE, BOTSWANA - This was my 5th trip with African Safari Experience to the Chobe National Park in Botswana, and it never disappoints! African Safari Experience are punctual, easy to communicate with, and the process of crossing the borders were smooth. The staff they cooperate with in Botswana were also very professional, forthcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend booking with African Safari Experience, as they take good care of their customers, and always go the extra mile for you to have the best experience.

A day trip to Chobe ❤🐘🐃🐊 - I had an amazing day in Chobe National park !! Beforehand, I contacted Steeve and he was really helpfull and patient as I was figuring out which tour would suit me best. Everything was taken care of from picking me up from my accomodation in Livingstone to helping me go through the border check ups to enter and exit Botswana. My experience was incredible and I saw a lot of wild animals and tons of elephants. The guide was very knowledgeable and funny and everything went smoothly. I will remember this day forever ❤

Amazing Day trip to Chobe National Park - Botswana - We had the best day trip to Botswana thanks to Steve, Connie and the team. We were picked up from the hotel and everything was arranged for us. So the only thing left for us to do was enjoy the experience. They guided us through the custom, making sure we didn't have any trouble, and through out the park showing us all kind of amazing wild species. The team was extremely kind and professional and I'm sure we'll be booking with them again! Thank you!

We went for a day trip to Botswana. The team helped us through the customs and really looked after us - We had an amazing experience with Steve, Connie and all the team. They are professional, kind, friendly and always looking for everything. We won’t hesitate doing more activities with them in the future. I have had the privilege to visit 7 countries in Southern Africa and lots of National Parks and companies and they are, without a doubt, outstanding among those all. Thank you for everything!!!

Once in a lifetime experience! - My girlfriend and I booked a day excursion into Botswana to see Chobe. Steve was great about letting us know all of the expectations for travel as COVID has changed the rules so we were prepared in advance. They picked us up from the Royal Livingstone Resort in Livingstone at 7 AM sharp. The ride was very comfortable and the guides were very friendly. At the time we were there the ferry was still the main route for crossing the river, but as of May 2021 the bridge is open so I expect travel to Botswana will be over the bridge going forward. On the Botswana side we were handed off to our safari driver. He helped us get through the boarder. Botswana required proof of a beg COVID test in advance and administered another rapid test at the border free of charge. Expect the test to take about 15 min or so. Overall getting through customs was easy. Likely thanks to COVID my girlfriend and I were the only 2 people on our safari drive! Our driver was really friendly and had been doing these drives for a photography company for 20+ years. He knew where to find the wildlife, wildlife facts, and how to position the vehicle just right for the perfect photos! Seeing elephants, giraffes, zebras, cords, hippos, etc up close was everything I dreamed it would be. We were there just after the rainy season so everything was lush and so we did not see any lions, but we expected that. The lunch was at a very nice resort hotel on the Chobe River and was very good! After lunch we hopped on a boat where we were again the only 2 passengers. The boat took us up into Chobe via the river. It was afternoon and hot so the cool river breeze felt amazing. A lot of animals made their way to the river to drink and cool down. Watching big elephant families playing in the mud an in the river was super cool! After the river tour we were brought back to the ferry where we met up with our Zambian guides who brought us back across the river and helped us get through customs before bring us back to the resort in time for dinner. All in all this was am amazing service and ran like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend booking this tour!
