Amazing Colorado River/Hoover Dam Experience - It was amazing. I’ve lived in Vegas for 20+ years and never knew about this side of Hoover Dam and the beauty. I’ve been to Lake Mead many times, but never on the Colorado river. The guides explained things to you, showed you things you wouldn’t ordinarily see and again the beauty is just amazing. We had an awesome time and I would definitely do it again.

Great Raft Tour - The raft trip through Black Canyon was such an enjoyable adventure, certainly enhanced by our guide Sarah. She was an excellent guide in terms of the pace of the raft tour, her extensive knowledge, her friendly/jovial attitude. She allowed us to enjoy the cruise in a very relaxed way. the raft had ample space so it was very comfortable. this trip is well worth it for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and waterways.

Amazing Experience! - This was an amazing tour from start to finish. We got lucky with an absolutely beautiful day, only 4 of us on the tour, and almost no one on the river (we went in early December), but from strictly the tour perspective, it was fantastic. To begin, communication throughout was great - I never had a chance to get worried about where we needed to be or what was next. We got picked up and dropped off at a nearby hotel, and our driver, Scott, was friendly, helpful, and informative, pointing out local attractions and interesting historical facts about the areas both to and from the tour. I do note that the drive down to the river to begin the tour can be a bit scary if you're afraid of heights, in the sense of a steep drop-off on one side of the road. But as someone who is afraid of heights, I will say that the drive is relatively short, Scott the driver never made me feel unsafe, and I was fine just looking out the window that did not look down. As for the tour, I loved every minute of it. It too was very informative but not overly so. The raft captain, Bob, did a great job of keeping it interesting while also allowing us the opportunity to just take in the scenery, which was beautiful and peaceful. He also was very good at making sure we had great views and great opportunities for photos. Finally, we got a nice packed-lunch that was perfect for the occasion -- simple but good. I highly recommend this tour.

the other wild side of Vegas - After being tantalized by the shorter "postcard" version last year, I was even more impressed by this 3 hour tour down Black Canyon to Willow Beach! Victor the shuttle driver gave an interesting narrative even on the ride to and from the raft, while Sarah the tour guide was informative, fun and enthusiastic. You will see a side of the desert not normally appreciated form Las Vegas: the beauty of the Colorado River and its taming by the Hoover dam. Along the way, exotic "sauna caves", Emerald grotto and even lunch in a slot canyon are just some of the highlights of the longer tour. Both tours allow a close-up view and insights into the construction of the dam, which is a Wonder of the World in its own right.

Black Canyon river raft - Sarah was a wonderful guide and navigator on our 12 mile ride down the river. She was fun and clearly enjoys sharing her love for the river. A must trip out of Las Vegas.

Breathtaking Experience - Very well organised trip. Communication with Tour company was excellent. Pickup on time by Robert. Detailed commentary during the drive, including a small detour through Bolder City, as we had some free time before arriving at the registration office and taking the the bus to the Dam. There we embarked on the raft and captain Eugene took us to an spectacular ride through the river, stopping at a sand beach for lunch and again to see a cave. The trip was great and the whole experience was fantastic.

Beautiful scenery and a great day! - Our van driver and boat guide were both really great - tons of information about Hoover Dam, the “new” bridge over the canyon, and of course our journey on the river. Beautiful scenery on a great day - it was undoubtedly a highlight of our trip to Vegas. Years ago we did a Hoover Dam tour, and this tour really complemented it. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Educational/Historical - Robert was a great driver and got the extra treat to see a few additional sites, he was knowledgeable as well. Eugene was a great captain and very knowledgeable.

Great way to spend a half day. - Everything was well organized from the pickup from our hotel on the strip to our return. Sarah, our captain was a great host. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.
