Grand Canyon West - I must say that my wife and I really enjoyed our tour to the Grand Canyon West. Our tour guide, Ken , was beyond knowledgeable, and he is just a super nice, really friendly/funny guy! Him and Bernice (our driver) get a 12 out of 10 in our books!! Ken’s knowledge of the area and his pleasant demeanour made for an excellent day! Highly highly highly recommended ! Sincerely, Your new Canadian friends Jeremy and Connie from “the other Paradise!”. Great experience! Our... - Great experience! Our tour guide, Ken, was entertaining and full of facts. Bernice was a great driver. One couple overslept or something and did not make the bus at their pickup spot. The tour company got them and met us at breakfast. I felt like that was above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

The best for both breakfast and lunch - Great communication, called to confirm updated pickup times and makes sure you get picked up. Breakfast at IHOP was quick and included lunch was restaurant style with many selections instead of the usual excursion box lunch. Both the skywalk and lunch were no waiting so we got there before the crowds.

Natural and Engineered Wonders of the world. - What an absolute fantastic day from start to finish. Our coach driver Wally was a legend, with his knowledge and banter pn the way to the Canyon. An early start but you never see the time passing. Little bonus stopping of at the Hover Dan for a quick photo. If in Las Vegas a definite must tour, ans Sweetours look after you from start to finish.

Experience for life! - Very good tour. The views along the journey are incredibly amazing! Our tour guide Ken was brilliant brought a great atmosphere to all of us during a long day with his knowledge and sense of humour! The only down side was not given enough time to spend at the view points before the check in for the helicopter!

Horrible service - Booked the trip at the hotel concierge. Received a receipt that said I must be at the Bellagio South Tour Lobby by 6:30 am. We received a text at approx 6:30am saying the driver on on his way. We arrived at the tour Libby at 6:25. I approached Charles the driver and gave him my first and last name. He said he was waiting for two people and said some name that I did not recognize. I asked if he was sure I wasn’t on his list, said my name again, AURELIA FREITAS. He said “no it’s not you”. I asked, how about Ron he’s my husband. He said “you’re not on my list”. So I went to sit and wait for what I then thought is the next bus. That bus left. I received a call saying the driver had to leave as I wasn’t there. Linda, on the phone contacted the driver on the bus and he said he called me by my last name only, thinking it was my first name. What came after that was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Linda said I “am half to blame” Charles clearly messed up. I promise I would know my last name if I heard it. Charles totally distorted my last name, I had no idea he was even saying “Freitas”. I gave him my FIRST and LAST names. He did not entertain re reading his paper. This was a terrible experience. And then some other lady called me back saying I was to blame for the mix up and asked that I not get upset with the driver. She really infuriated me. Someone else came to drive us go catch up with the group. When we got there, the driver said to me, “Looks like we both got it wrong”. Then at the end of the excursion, while calling for people at their hotel drop off, he refers to me as “the person who he was using my last name and I was using my first name”. This re hashed all the upsetting thoughts of earlier that I had put behind me. I have never been spoken to so badly by three employees like I was today. I did not get even one apology. Again, even if he called me by my last name and mispronounced it, I would know when I hear my name. Terrible
