Fantastic experience. Well worth the time and money - Wonderful small group tour of Hoover Dam and Boulder City. Very personal. There were four couples on our tour with Phil. He was friendly and informative. Did not feel rushed. The van was comfortable. There were plenty of snacks and water. This included fresh fruit. Were able to view everything you would expect to see.
Phil also knew about the wildlife in the area and was able to identify the different birds, etc. Very much enjoyed seeing the Big Horn Sheep as well.
Easy pick up and drop off at our hotel. Would highly recommend this tour.

Best Part of My 2023 Vegas Trip - I had a great Hoover Dam tour experience with Phill. He's knowledgeable of the area, communicated when we needed to be back at the bus, and was just an all-around pleasant guy. If all the tour guides are like Phill, then I recommend MaxTour.

The Best Dam Tour - This tour was a great value! You have a comfortable air conditioned 15 passenger van to ride in, snacks and drinks, and multiple stops at different vantage points to get the best views of the dam, bridge, and surrounding areas. Our driver/guide Anthony was very knowledgeable and made sure we got all the info. The dam tour itself was standard (done by bureau of reclamation) but very cool to see the generators and learn more about how it was built.
Would highly recommend this tour to anyone. It was nice to be in a small group and could get through things efficiently.

Hoover Dam - Luis went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. We even made a couple extra stops and even got to see big horn sheep!

Great tour at the Hoover dam, don’t search for better as this one is fantastic. - We loved our max tour. Our guide Scott was amazing. Really listen to his guess. Went above expectations. Made us feel privileged. Was knowledgeable and did not make up answers ( my husband in the electricity/dam work). Was not pushy, allowed us a bit of free time, always there for us questions, photos, discussion. Lovely day out.
He talked about other excursions max company offers and if we come back to LasVegas will be booking 1 or 2 of them with the company and would love him as our tour guide if he still works for Max.

Best Dam Tour I've Had - Luis was a great tour guide! Lots of little Vegas todbits beyond the Dam. A must do tour while taking a break from the tables!

Disappointing - Some good pictures. Everything was closed. The visitors center was closed. The dam museum was closed. The public elevator was down. The cafe was closed. Only the gift shop was open. The only tour inside that was given was very rushed and short. You pretty much paid to go down an elevator take a Quick Look and go back up. Waste of time and money.
