Loved to be in that tour every single minute. Professionally organized and beautiful memories. Worth to do! - Loved our trip to Merzouga desert. Worth the money we paid. No regrets or complaints. Very well organized tour. Our driver Mohammed took really good care of us and we had very good communication. Our guide Shafir in Querzazate was really great. And that was soooo great we could continue our way further from Merzouga to Fez (beautiful ride with lovely panoramas) instead of going the long full day drive back to Marrakesh, saved our money and time. Enjoyed every minute of the tour. Desert is amazing (without quadracycle noise around would be even more amazing, luckily in early morning they still were sleeping:))

Marrakech: 3 day Tour. - It was a awesome. Glad I booked this trip with this tour company. The sites are very far away and be ready to for long bus rides. Overall, I had a good trip and met great people. I’m glad I was with a good group and the tour guide was great. Again, be ready for the long bus rides and carry change with you too.

Good but not great - Abdul and Mustofa's service was amazing! However, management needs to improve accommodations. Heaters in desert tents didn't work. Also, restaurants should accept debit cards, as most visitors are foreigners with limited cash

MANY MIDDLEMEN WHO END UP GIVING A BAD SERVICE WHERE NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE - I ordered the tour in Spanish and they put me in one in English. There is too much intermediation, you contract with trip advisor, who assigns you to a local operator and the latter in turn assigns you to a driver and a guide who are not linked to any of the other two, and it does not end there, every time you visit you are assigned to another guide. They take you to the most expensive restaurants in the area and there is no way to eat anywhere you want. They take you shopping in the most expensive places, they seem to hate you. We were 17 people, who had different agencies, so not everyone stayed in the same hotel. The first night my subgroup hotel was 40 minutes from the other subgroup hotel, 80 minutes wasted separating and meeting again, but you are 10 minutes late and they are scrubbing and scrubbing you. The hotels are very regular. And when you go to Ait Ben hadoo you are assigned to a guide who charges you a ticket, which does not exist or at least is not official, of 3 euros, but hopefully it will be there, when the tour ends the guide tells you that that is the ticket, that apart you fall with what you want to cooperate, another euro or two if you do not give the change. In the end it is 5 euros, it is not much, but you have to think that someone is charging an entrance fee that should not be charged. If the 2 euros that said the contract I made with trip advisor were for the guide I would have nothing to say. I put 3 stars and not two, because despite the agencies and other intermediation, the tour is a great experience, the local people who attend you and serve as guide, the last intermediation and the one who receives nothing, turn out to be the kindest and willing to solve all your problems, so it is impossible not to tip them at the end of each event, the question here would be why not eliminate some intermediary and give a salary or an official commission that ends up attending you really. If you do not rent a vehicle, this is the best option you can hire for this particular tour.
